Contest is finished, last racing day of Liptov Shepherd GP 2010 is over. And here are the winners:
• 1st place for Dmitriy Balykin (BAD/ASW28/Ukraine) with 219 GP points
• 2nd place for Erik Praznovský (3P/Discus/Slovak republic) with 211 GP points
• 3rd place for Radek Mica (RM/LS8/Czech republic) with 177 GP points

Welcome to airport Ružomberok. Next virtual soaring contest is prepared for you - this time with name Liptov Shepherd. Liptov is an unofficial region in northern Slovakia, where town Ružomberok is located too. In the past shepherds were an inseparable part of Liptov, so we decided to put them into title of this contest.
All starts and finishes will be done at Ružomberok airport. Competition class - STANDARD, DAeC index will be not used. The competition will use scoring system based on real-life GP, the adjustment relates to a system of scoring. More info in Rules. You must register for this contest - after registering and logging in you will have access to briefings and sending IGC files. IGC files are needed for your scoring - no IGC, no score. Tasks with PDA allowed. Server starts every saturday at 20:00 CEST (18:00 UTC). Attention: choose carefully glider type in registration - with registered glider type you have to fly all task! This competition is continued line of successful competitions like Praděd GP Gliding, Raven Competition, Xmas Cup, Liberec Eighteens, Kiwi Race and OCC. Please - give your attention to rules! Registration is needed, server password will be published in briefing. After flight IGC file must be uploaded to this website. More informations about contest in competition rules.
